Travellers Hostel
was founded by Prague-native Petr Jelinek (a former civil engineer). The first hostel was opened only few months after the Velvet Revolution in the Czech Republic and the Fall of the Berlin Wall, when the borders of the Czech Republic were opened to millions of foreign travellers for the first time in 40 years.
Jelinek’s idea was to provide reasonably priced accomodation in the center of the city. All of the Travellers Hostels are within walking distance to the most interesting sights – of Prague, Český Krumlov, Třebíč, Znojmo, Brno.
